How do tokens work?

Every song generation consumes tokens. The cost depends on duration and whether cover generation is enabled. The exact cost is shown before you tap Create, so there are no surprises. You can get tokens through a Weekly Pro subscription (renewable weekly budget) or by purchasing a one-time Token Pack (does not expire).

My music generation failed. Did I lose tokens?

If a generation fails due to a server error, your tokens are not consumed. If you believe tokens were incorrectly deducted, please contact us with details and we'll look into it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Loopline, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access and your remaining weekly tokens until the end of the current billing period.

How long does music generation take?

Generation typically takes 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on duration and complexity. The app shows clear status updates while your song is being planned and generated.

How do I control the structure of my song?

In Create, use the Compose panel and Arrangement Plan. You can define genre, mood, energy, tempo, key, and section-level structure before generating.

Can I generate lyrics with AI?

Yes. In Create, open Lyrics and choose "Generate with AI". You can then edit lyrics manually and regenerate your arrangement plan before creating the track.

Can I generate or edit covers?

Yes. You can enable AI cover generation in Create and regenerate/edit covers from Library for generated songs.

Can I save and organize my compositions?

Yes. New songs appear in Library, including in-progress generations. You can play previews, edit title/author, update cover art, and delete songs.

I switched devices. Can I transfer my tokens?

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and should restore automatically via "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. For individual Token Pack purchases, please contact us with your purchase receipts.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
