1. Introduction

Loopline ("we", "our", "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Anonymous Authentication: The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal login credentials. An anonymous user ID is generated automatically to manage your account.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage information including:

• Number of music generations performed
• Token balance and purchase history
• Generation configuration preferences (duration, BPM, genre, etc.)

Generation Inputs: When you create a song, your prompts, lyrics, and composition settings are sent to our AI providers to generate the requested result. These are used solely for fulfilling your generation request.

Generated Content: Audio URLs and project data for generated content are stored locally on your device and in your account to allow you to manage and re-download your creations.

3. Data Shared with Third-Party AI Services

When you tap "Create", the following data is sent to ElevenLabs (our AI music generation provider) for processing:

• Text prompts describing the desired music
• Lyrics you write for vocal compositions
• Generation settings (duration, arrangement/composition settings)

If cover generation is enabled, cover prompt/title/mood inputs are sent to our cover image provider to produce artwork. This data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and processed only for your requested generation.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Biometric data
• Location data
• Contacts or phone book data
• Browsing history outside the App
• Advertising identifiers

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain music generation and cover generation services
• To send your generation inputs to third-party AI services for processing
• To manage your tokens and subscription status
• To store your project history and generated audio locally
• To improve the App's performance and features

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Storage, and Remote Config. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase and subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• ElevenLabs: AI music generation and composition planning. Subject to ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.
• Replicate: AI cover image generation. Subject to Replicate's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

Your anonymous account data is retained as long as you use the App. Generated audio and project data are stored locally on your device using SQLite. If the App is uninstalled, your locally stored data is deleted. Server-side data associated with your anonymous ID may be periodically cleaned up.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and secure API key management via Cloud Functions. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your projects and audio data within the App
• Request deletion of your account data by contacting us
• Stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the App

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
